Lynsey Clark

Lynsey has been part of Bluegrass from the start. A strategic thinker, with national experience of delivering behaviour change and customer experience research, she enjoys nothing more than responding to research briefs, developing methodologies, and turning findings into actionable insights.

Lynsey brings over 15 years of research experience to projects, obtained by working with some of the biggest and best organisations within the transport, cultural, public health, sports and membership sectors. She understands the importance of customer retention, acquisition and engagement; the role of a brand; and how to evaluate impacts.

Client relationships which span many years are testament to Lynsey’s approachable nature and ability to balance leadership and teamwork. She takes great pride in the work of Bluegrass and really cares about projects. An excellent communicator, Lynsey enjoys presenting research findings and is skilled at tailoring the approach and content to different stakeholder groups. She has extensive experience of undertaking interviews with senior stakeholders, including captains of industry, Members of Parliament, senior civil servants and the media.

Time away from work is all about family life, being outdoors and catching up with good friends.
