JOB VACANCY

We’re hiring!

Senior Research Executive

or Research Manager.

We are looking for a Senior Research Executive or Research Manager – someone who can hit the ground running in terms of delivering quantitative and qualitative projects on a day to day basis.

This is the perfect position for someone who wants to make a difference – to Bluegrass; to our clients; and to further their career in research.

The role – at either level – requires strong experience of market research techniques and the ability to handle all stages of the project life cycle, from inception to presentation.  For a Research Manager, it will involve leading projects and teams – alone and alongside other senior members of the Bluegrass team.  For a Senior Research Executive it will involve active management of projects, with support and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

The role requires someone with an eye for detail, who is an excellent communicator; highly enthusiastic, and prepared to work hard and to deadlines.  The role offers the scope for significant personal development.  The successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the business and will have the opportunity to work across all aspects of project management and delivery.

We have a training budget, and would provide formal training opportunities via the Market Research Society / Association of Qualitative Research or other training providers as is deemed appropriate to the individual’s development.

The role will primarily be office based – working from our office in Newcastle City Centre.  In a typical week, 1 day working from home is permitted.

The salary will be dependent on experience.  You are welcome to submit your salary expectations as part of your application.  We will also consider applications for a part-time role, based on a minimum of 4 days a week.
