These terms and conditions apply to the Karbon Homes Furniture Pack Market Research 2019.

By entering the prize draw, the entrant will be deemed to have understood these rules and instructions and agreed to be bound by them.

This survey is organised by Karbon Homes, Number Five, Gosforth Park Avenue, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG.

The promoter of this prize draw is: Bluegrass Research Ltd, The Design Works, William Street, Gateshead, NE10 0JP (entries should not be sent to this address), the company managing the survey on behalf of Karbon Homes.

The competition is open to any customer of Karbon Homes Furniture Pack Service who submits a response as described in these terms and conditions. The competition is not open to employees of Karbon Homes or Bluegrass Research, their friends or family, or anyone connected with the prize. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

To enter the competition associated with the Karbon Homes Furniture Pack Market Research, you must qualify for and complete a telephone depth interview about the Karbon Homes Furniture Pack Service and agree to being entered into the prize draw.

All entries must be received by Bluegrass Research by 23:59 GMT on Friday 26th July 2019.

Three (3) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of an Love2shop gift voucher to the amount of £25.

Any entry which is incomplete, illegible, late, incorrectly submitted or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Bluegrass Research.

By submitting your entry and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept that Bluegrass Research will use your details to administer your prize if you win.

The winner will be notified by Friday 2nd August 2019.

The winner will be notified and invited to accept the offered prize within 7 days of being contacted. If a notified winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner will be selected from the remaining entries and contacted as previously stated. Once a subsequent winner has been selected, the previous winner is no longer entitled to the prize. In the unlikely event no entries are received before the closing date, the prize will not be awarded.

In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of Bluegrass Research shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Bluegrass Research may withdraw or cancel the survey competition for any reason and at any time and may change the prize to a prize of a similar value. There is no cash alternative.

Bluegrass Research reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Bluegrass Research website: www.bluegrassresearch.co.uk.
